Role Overview

This role sits at the center of a fast-paced commercial organization, ensuring that sales operations run smoothly, efficiently, and with strong cross-functional alignment. You will act as a key operational partner to sales leadership, supporting strategic initiatives, data management, and day-to-day execution across the sales lifecycle.

What You Will Do

Provide direct administrative and operational support to sales leadership, maintain and optimize CRM systems, track sales deliverables, coordinate bids and sales meetings, and evaluate and improve existing sales processes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales support, sales operations, or a similar commercial coordination role
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy in fast-moving environments
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers
  • Demonstrated experience improving administrative or operational processes
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to bring structure to complex workflows
