Requirements
- Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Genetics, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
- 4+ years of sales experience within life sciences, biotechnology, laboratory equipment, or related scientific industries.
- Proven track record of managing hardware product sales and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong experience handling tender-based sales processes and working with channel partner networks.
- Established customer relationships and market knowledge within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and the ability to leverage sales analytics for business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, commercial acumen, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, travel extensively within the territory, and work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated capability to forecast accurately and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
