Data Lead/Sr. Data Analyst

Role Overview

As a Senior Data Analyst – Oracle Fusion, you will support reporting, data analysis, and operational problem-solving across Oracle Fusion ERP processes. You will work closely with business and technical partners to understand requirements, build and maintain reports, analyze issues, and help improve the way data is used to support decision-making and process execution.

You will analyze Oracle Fusion business data and reporting needs, develop and support BIP and OTBI reports, review Oracle Fusion ERP data models, and support interface and integration analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years of experience in Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud ERP, or a similar enterprise application environment
• Hands-on experience with BIP and OTBI reporting
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP data models and reporting structures
• Experience with Oracle Fusion REST and SOAP APIs for data analysis or integration support
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into reporting or data solutions
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
