Role Overview

We are looking for an Inside Sales Consultant to support our external sales teams by converting quoted works into secured revenue. You’ll manage a pipeline of opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and identify opportunities to grow sales through upselling and cross-selling.

What You Will Do

Manage and convert a pipeline of sales opportunities, liaise with customers and internal teams to secure business, complete pricing reviews and negotiate with customers, provide updates and excellent customer service throughout the sales process, identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business, ensure opportunities are directed to the appropriate sales channels.
