Sales Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Order Management

• Serve as the primary contact for client order requirements.
• Analyze client inventory and sales plans to confirm periodic orders.
• Coordinate shipment arrangements and drive on-time delivery performance.

Commercial Negotiation

• Participate in price communication and negotiations with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to formulate quotation strategies and finalize pricing.

Delivery & Issue Coordination

• Respond promptly to issues arising during the delivery process.
• Liaise with internal teams to implement effective solutions.
• Proactively follow up with clients to secure shipping schedules post-order confirmation.

Financial & Receivable Management

• Assist the finance team in facilitating timely account reconciliation with clients.
• Monitor payment progress and ensure collections are made according to agreed milestones.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• Work Status: Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in client management, order operations, or sales support.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in International Trade, Business Management, or Marketing.
• Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken) as the primary working language.
• Maturity: Proven track record of working independently and managing stakeholders professionally.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Language: Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage for communicating with regional suppliers/clients.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with electronic components, security systems, or the CCTV industry.
• Global Exposure: Experience handling overseas business operations.
