Senior Director, GTM Product Strategy

Role Overview

The Senior Director, GTM Product Strategy will lead the development of Kantata’s ideal customer profile, define business value, and create compelling narratives to stand out in a competitive market. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to establish Kantata as a defining voice in the professional services market.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include owning GTM strategy and insights, managing product launches, creating marketing collateral, and driving cross-functional collaboration to get internal stakeholders aligned and campaign plays activated.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product marketing experience at a B2B technology company and/or professional services marketing or delivery experience
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Experience working with global teams to successfully bring new products to market
• Strong affinity for deeply understanding target audiences, customer needs, competitive landscape, and sales management processes
• Track record of success driving outcomes across an organization with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to clearly communicate and present compelling story and value-based outcomes our solutions provide
• Strong project management skills
• Self-motivated, results-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Pragmatic Marketing certification a plus
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
