Take charge of a dynamic sales team within a designated area of our division. What You Will Do
Drive sales success, optimize sales processes, navigate negotiations, innovate traffic strategies, leverage market insights, strengthen outreach, foster collaboration, build a talented team, enhance performance, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (required); Four Year College Degree (preferred).
- Valid Real Estate Salesperson License (required); Broker License (preferred).
- 3+ years proven sales management experience.
- Experience in home building or a related industry is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule on a consistent basis, including evenings, weekend and holidays
- Ability to work in a sales office if needed from time to time.
- Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner to potential buyers and external brokers to reinforce goodwill and profitability for the company

- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Ability to move about work location.
- Ability to drive/travel locally 90% of time.
- Ability to walk up and down stairs.
- Ability to observe details at close range and communicate information so others will understand.
- Ability to transport and move up to 20 lbs and move as needed (for roles in Construction/Customer Service/IT/Land/Marketing/Sales/Studio).
- Periodically works in outdoor weather conditions (for roles in Construction/Customer Service/Land/Sales).
