Role Overview

Take charge of a dynamic sales team within a designated area of our division. You’ll execute on innovative sales strategies, achieve weekly sales commitments, and drive process improvements to deliver exceptional results and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction. Lead the way in recruiting, training, retaining, and developing a high-performing sales team, making a significant impact on our success.

What You Will Do

Drive sales success, optimize sales processes, navigate negotiations, innovate traffic strategies, leverage market insights, strengthen outreach, foster collaboration, build a talented team, enhance performance, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (required); Four Year College Degree (preferred).
  • Valid Real Estate Salesperson License (required); Broker License (preferred).
  • 3+ years proven sales management experience.
  • Experience in home building or a related industry is preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule on a consistent basis, including evenings, weekend and holidays
  • Ability to work in a sales office if needed from time to time.
  • Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner to potential buyers and external brokers to reinforce goodwill and profitability for the company
  • The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
  • Ability to move about work location.
  • Ability to drive/travel locally 90% of time.
  • Ability to walk up and down stairs.
  • Ability to observe details at close range and communicate information so others will understand.
  • Ability to transport and move up to 20 lbs and move as needed (for roles in Construction/Customer Service/IT/Land/Marketing/Sales/Studio).
  • Periodically works in outdoor weather conditions (for roles in Construction/Customer Service/Land/Sales).
