Partner Enablement Manager

Role Overview

The Partner Enablement Manager collaborates on implementing strategic initiatives for our advanced partner ecosystem, ensuring key regional partners have the tools, training, and resources needed for successful product or service delivery. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of IT frameworks and standards, in-depth knowledge of company operations, industry regulations, and advanced methodologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in large enterprise IT environments, strong consultation skills, and moderate proficiency with Windows Server operating systems, Unix/Linux, and Microsoft 365.

What You Will Do

Deliver partner trainings of Keyfactor solutions, services, and best practices, collaborate on the design and delivery of training programs, create and curate training content, and provide regular reports and insights to management regarding partner performance and the impact of enablement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Comprehensive understanding of IT frameworks and standards
• In-depth knowledge of company operations, industry regulations, and advanced methodologies
• Experience in large enterprise IT environments
• Strong consultation skills with customers, partners, and other external stakeholders
• Moderate proficiency with Windows Server operating systems, Unix/Linux, and Microsoft 365
