Manager, Sales Operations & CDMO Proposals

Role Overview

Manage the full CDMO proposal process, creating, developing, and evaluating proposal requests. This is a part-time role, estimated to be about 30 hours per week.

What You Will Do

Generate proposals, work within Salesforce, and collaborate with internal groups to collect relevant information.

Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree with focus in life sciences and/or Business-related disciplines
• 7+ years’ experience in Sales Operations and Proposals
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strategic thinking and ability to anticipate the fast-changing environment
• Thorough understanding and in-depth knowledge of FDA Regulations and other pharma regulations
