Role Overview

We’re looking for a CRO Specialist to join our team for a role to work remotely based in Canada. You’ll be part of a team dedicated to continuous improvement and data-driven growth. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance the user journey, working to refine our website, app store listings, and referral loops into a seamless, high-performing ecosystem.

What You Will Do

You’ll be owning the end-to-end execution of A/B tests across our organic, paid, and affiliate landing pages to reduce friction and improve conversion rates across our web ecosystem. You’ll be managing our App Store and Play Store presence, testing screenshots, copy, and custom product pages to maximize our click-to-install performance.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We’re looking for an analytical thinker with 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or analytics. You should have hands-on experience with experimentation tools and be comfortable navigating GA4, heat maps, etc. to find behavioral trends.
