Role Overview
As a Service Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for building new relationships and selling maintenance contracts and related digital services outside the current customer base. You will work in a global organization with a shared purpose to shape the future of cities. The role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to offer solutions that meet their needs.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include customer relationship management, proactively developing and creating customer relationships, and selling maintenance contracts and related digital services. You will also be responsible for handling RFQs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and documenting customer and contact information.

Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in economics, engineering or other relevant field
- Experience from/ familiar with solution selling methodology
- Experience from / familiar with KONE customers’ industries is a plus
- Sales and/ or customer service experience
- Masters the sales process
