Associate II, Product Operations

Role Overview

The Associate II, Product Operations will be part of the Krak Product Operations team, responsible for ensuring the business can move quickly without getting blindsided by compliance, risk, vendor, or operational dependencies. The role will involve working directly with compliance, legal, fraud, client engagement, and external vendors to ensure new features land safely and successfully.

What You Will Do

The job involves maintaining live trackers of open compliance and legal items, triaging new features against regulatory requirements, working closely with fraud leads to ensure fraud controls and risk/velocity rules are factored into feature design, and supporting incident response for product-related issues.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a product operations, strategy, or programme management role in a consumer fintech, payments, or banking business, and a strong working knowledge of the regulatory and compliance landscape for consumer financial products.
