Role Overview
As a Sales Manager at Körber Pharma Software, you will drive sustainable revenue growth by acquiring new customers while developing and managing existing strategic accounts. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role requiring a strong mix of hunter and farmer capabilities, strategic thinking, and consultative selling expertise.
What You Will Do
Identify, target, and win new customers across the pharma and life sciences sector, build and execute a structured pipeline generation strategy, lead complex sales cycles, and develop strong executive relationships with key decision-makers.

Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales
- Proven track record in new business acquisition
- Strong experience in account management and revenue expansion
- Industry knowledge in pharma and life sciences
- Experience selling complex, high-value solutions
- Demonstrated success in multi-stakeholder, long sales cycles
- Strong consultative and value-based selling approach
- Fluent Italian and English language skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to operate at C-level and influence decision-making
- High level of self-motivation and ownership mindset
- Analytical and structured approach to pipeline management
- Team-oriented, collaborative mindset
