Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

Role Overview

The role orchestrates the movement of the company to materialize value from well-founded strategic choices. The position acts autonomously and consultatively, transforming data into business intelligence, influencing executive decisions, and ensuring corporate sustainability.

What You Will Do

Lead technically and mentor the finance team, lead the budget cycle and Strategic Planning, project business intelligence through data, act as a strategic Business Partner, lead complex modeling and scenario-building, design the architecture of corporate data and Dashboards, mentor leadership and acclimate the company to finance, and coordinate the integration between Accounting and Treasury.

Requirements

• Formation in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related areas
• Broad and consolidated experience (senior/specialist level) in FP&A, corporate strategic planning, or high-level analytical areas
• Strong analytical capacity combined with deep business strategic vision (proven ability to act as a Business Partner)
• Senior-level mastery of corporate financial modeling and Google Sheets at the specialist level
• Solid experience in designing architectural and technical construction of dashboards (Looker Studio, Power BI, etc)
• Advanced or fluent English
