Role Overview
The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales and marketing efforts across multiple senior living communities, driving occupancy and promoting the unique offerings of each community. This role requires a results-driven sales leader who is passionate about building relationships and driving growth.
What You Will Do
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for sales leadership, relationship building, marketing & outreach, lead management, performance monitoring, team support, reporting & analysis, market research, and customer service excellence.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales or marketing within the senior living or healthcare industry
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and driving occupancy growth
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple communities and projects effectively
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Yardi preferred and Microsoft 365
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
