Role Overview
As a Salesforce & Revenue Operations Specialist, you will work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams, building, developing, and optimizing our tech stack, primarily Salesforce and Zendesk. You will be responsible for scalable workflows and automations across all GTM functions, reducing operational friction and making efficiency measurable.
What You Will Do
You will develop reports, dashboards, and analyses to provide stakeholders with real insights to inform decision-making. You will take end-to-end responsibility for operational initiatives, from lead handoffs and onboarding automation to support routing.

Requirements
- solid professional experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or CRM administration
- previous work in a B2B SaaS environment
- Salesforce skills beyond the basics, including configuration, automation, and optimization
- hands-on experience with Zendesk or comparable support and customer service tools
- analytical thinking and ability to work with data
- proactive and able to take initiative
- experience with AI tools in an operational context
