Role Overview
The C&P Sales Manager will develop consumables and spare parts sales for Lectra Manufacturing Solutions in Vietnam, establishing account plans and documenting potential growth opportunities. The role involves managing a team and developing business relationships with customers to ensure a profitable long-term presence.
What You Will Do
Develop a strong sales strategy, manage a team, and build business relationships with customers to achieve budgeted turnover objectives. Activities include aligning with leadership direction, creating a sales pipeline, managing existing accounts, and overseeing team management and career development.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in added value service sales management
