Fund and Product Operations Associate

Role Overview

The Fund and Product Operations Associate will support the design and implementation of scalable operating models for new funds and products across jurisdictions, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver successful product launches.

What You Will Do

The role involves supporting governance frameworks, identifying process gaps, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency, control, and scalability. The Associate will also manage relationships with external service providers and monitor service delivery against agreed KPIs.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Experience in operations or finance within asset management, ideally across alternative or real assets
• Understanding of fund structures (open or closed-ended) and governance frameworks
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement practical solutions
• Ability to work collaboratively across a wide range of stakeholders and functions
• Good understanding of operational processes, controls, and target operating models
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail
• Proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
