Senior Salesforce Developer Architect

Role Overview

The Senior Salesforce Developer Architect will serve as both a hands-on technical contributor and Salesforce solution architect, providing leadership throughout the entire software development lifecycle. This individual will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

What You Will Do

Perform hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs. Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, security models, and automation processes. Design and implement custom applications and reusable components within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, OR in a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience OR Masters degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments.
• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Contact Center experience.
• Federal Government experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex Salesforce projects and technical teams.

• Program budget salary for this role could fall anywhere between $150,000 to low/high $160,000
