Role Overview
Happen Bank is looking for a Sr Product Marketing Manager to build and lead product marketing for Happen POS Financing Solutions, helping businesses offer flexible financing to their customers. The role will develop positioning, go-to-market strategies, and integrated campaigns that drive partner acquisition, activation, and ongoing utilization across our core Purchase Finance and Home Improvement verticals.
What You Will Do
The Sr Product Marketing Manager will own the positioning, messaging, and value proposition for Happen POS Financing Solutions across business partners (B2B) and the consumers they serve (B2C), developing differentiated go-to-market strategies for each core vertical based on audience insights and competitive intelligence.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of B2B or B2B2C marketing experience, including product or partner marketing, with progressively increasing scope and ownership. Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B or B2B2C marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience marketing to small and mid-sized businesses
- Demonstrated experience building marketing programs from the ground up
- Proven track record of delivering measurable marketing and business outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities
