Role Overview
The Sales Director is responsible for managing and growing existing account relationships and opening new business opportunities for Lessen in key market segments. This individual will interface with clients and the business development team to grow Lessen’s enterprise customers.
What You Will Do
Meet or exceed annual sales quota, build integrated facilities solutions, engage C-level executives, develop a sales pipeline, and provide forecast predictability.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate has > 5 years of enterprise sales experience, a proven track record of exceeding quota, and experience selling through channel or referral partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- > 5 years of enterprise sales experience in facilities management, real estate equipment and services, technology or services required
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in a direct sales role
- Master’s degree in Business or relevant degree preferred
- Experience selling through channel or referral partners
