Role Overview
Manage a human-sized team of 6 salespeople, increasing sales through large account management and team activity piloting.
What You Will Do
Work with salespeople to implement the MEDDIC method, map prospect organizations, and accompany closing meetings. Organize commercial opportunity review meetings, follow team activity, and report results to management.

Requirements
- Graduate degree in engineering or business with a commerce or management specialization (Bac+5 level)
- 5+ years of experience as a team manager in a B2B environment (Real Estate, Proptech ideally)
- Comfort with structured sales methods (MEDDIC, MEDDPICC)
- Rigorous, proactive, and results-oriented
