Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Revenue Operations will drive operational excellence, technology enablement, and scalable business practices across the global commercial organization. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, influencing how Revenue Operations evolves as a strategic business partner.

Lead Revenue Operations initiatives, partner with business leaders, drive adoption and optimization of key commercial systems, and develop reporting, insights, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Systems, or a related discipline
• Experience supporting global commercial organizations and in a B2B manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or similarly complex environment preferred
• Experience leading operational improvement, technology enablement, or business transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project leadership skills
• Experience with Salesforce and commercial technology platforms preferred
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive results in a matrixed environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience coaching, developing, or leading team members and building organizational capability
