Role Overview
Lead a high-performing sales team responsible for driving the success of clients’ laboratory diagnostic tests. Partner with a healthcare company to expand market presence, influence clinical decision-making, and deliver meaningful impact for providers, health systems, and patients.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute sales and marketing plans, achieve and exceed sales targets, and hire, train, and develop a team to succeed in complex, consultative diagnostic selling environments.
Why It Might Be a Fit
10+ years of commercial pharmaceutical experience, 3+ years of experience as a district or regional first-line sales manager, and a strong record of performance are required. Experience in laboratory diagnostics or medical device is preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of commercial pharmaceutical experience
- 3+ years of experience as a district or regional first-line sales manager
- Experience in laboratory diagnostics or medical device (preferred)
- Gastroenterology experience (highly preferred)
