Role Overview
Regional Sales Manager will lead 12 employees in a region, ensuring successful implementation of vaccine offers in pharmacies, and contributing to the increase in vaccine sales. The role requires strong leadership, commercial logic, and prioritization.
What You Will Do
Lead employees in acquiring new pharmacies, implement vaccine offers safely and sustainably, and contribute to vaccine sales growth. Responsibilities include leadership, coaching, and training employees, as well as partnership and sales development.

Requirements
- Experience in leading sales or account teams (healthcare/pharma/apothecary environment an advantage)

- Very good coaching, communication, and stakeholder skills
- Safe handling of CRM and reporting systems
- German and English on a professional level
