Role Overview

Seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience across Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud to support advanced customer engagement and lifecycle marketing use cases.

Configure and develop Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities, build and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys, and troubleshoot technical issues.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working on the Salesforce platform
• Proven production delivery experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud experience supporting customer data ingestion, profile unification, segmentation, audience creation, and activation
• Strong development skills in SQL, APIs, automation frameworks, and Salesforce platform customization
• Experience with segmentation logic, profile data strategy, and cross-channel campaign enablement
• Experience building or supporting Marketing Cloud journeys, automations, triggered sends, and customer communication workflows
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization capabilities
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
