Role Overview

The Revenue Operations Analyst supports Lima One Capital’s revenue technology stack, including tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Nooks, and HubSpot. This role partners closely with a Senior System Administrator and maintains a formal dotted-line relationship to IT. The ideal candidate is analytically minded, comfortable in CRM and sales intelligence platforms, and eager to translate system capabilities into business performance.

What You Will Do

The Revenue Operations Analyst will be hands-on building and implementing new functionality across the entire Sales and Marketing technology stack. This includes CRM configuration and enablement, system integration health and hygiene, data integrity and lead routing, prospecting data and segmentation, and revenue technology support and project coordination.

The candidate should be familiar with sales and marketing technology platforms, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, CRM Administration, Business Analytics, or a related SAAS role
  • Hands-on experience working within a CRM, including reports, dashboards, fields, page layouts, workflows, or automation tools
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing technology (saas) platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Nooks, Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, or similar revenue technology solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, troubleshoot data issues, and recommend process improvements
  • Experience working with data management, lead routing, data hygiene, duplicate management, and reporting best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including data manipulation, formulas, filtering, and reporting
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, document processes, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
