Senior Manager, People Operations

Role Overview

The Senior Manager, People Operations will lead the day-to-day work that powers the employee experience, owning operational execution and ensuring the work is accurate, timely, compliant, and delivers a consistently high-quality employee experience.

What You Will Do

The role involves running the day-to-day People Operations function, leading payroll administration, overseeing benefits, retirement plan, employee leave, and workers’ compensation administration, and driving continuous improvement across the function.

• 3+ years of experience directly managing and developing others
