Senior Manager, Revenue Strategy & Recovery

Role Overview

The Sr. Manager, Revenue Strategy & Recovery owns Lingraphica’s full payor revenue engine, end to end. This role sets our minimum allowable contract pricing and drives ASP performance through negotiation, then ensures that value is fully realized once a claim is submitted through the point cash lands and is applied correctly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, including direct experience with payor contracting or reimbursement rate negotiation with at least 5 years of management experience
• Proven people-leadership experience managing managers and multi-team departments
• Strong knowledge of billing, collections, and cash reconciliation workflows in a healthcare or DME/HME environment
• Demonstrated experience building or owning a cash forecast or AR/revenue model
• Track record of using data and analytics to inform payor and contracting strategy
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-functional influence skills
• Ability and willingness to travel within the U.S. (including airline travel) is required up to 2 times per year for in-person team and all-company meetings
