Role Overview
We’re seeking a leader who can recognize opportunities to drive business growth or improve processes and who can lead a team to bring these ideas to life. This role will be based in New York, Chicago, San Francisco, or Sunnyvale. The Manager will leverage their business and people leadership skills, superior communication, relationship building, project management and analytical abilities to lead, execute and scale best practices, cadences and support business insights that help drive sustained business growth.
What You Will Do
Stand up and lead a high-performance Forecasting & Business Intelligence function. Coach the team on big-picture thinking and operational rigor, and mentor them with a focus on skill and career development. Deliver on key global processes associated with Forecasting, business performance and reporting in a BAU and long-term, strategic capacity.

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in go-to-market/sales/business operations, consulting, investment banking, finance, strategy or analytics
- 1+ years of people management in a similar context
- Experience with data analysis/modelling (Excel, SQL) and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making
- Knowledge of Pipeline, Forecasting & Business Performance Management processes
- Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- BA/BS degree in technical or related field or equivalent practical experience
