Role Overview
The Deal Desk team serves as strategic advisors to LinkedIn’s Field Sales team, managing the Order to Cash (O2C) process and facilitating complex deal structures and requests. As a Senior Deal Desk Strategist, you will leverage your expertise in policies, pricing, and deal structuring to support sales teams in navigating complex deals.

Enable the Deal Desk team to deliver the best possible service to internal and external customers, act as a trusted advisor to sales teams, build strong partnerships with sales and cross-functional teams, and continuously improve workflows.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement or Order to Cash as a whole cycle
- BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic and collaborative environment
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cohesive team environment
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Experience leading initiatives or teams
- Proficient with Google and Microsoft Office products
- Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics 365 and Oracle
- Ability to process a high volume of transactions with accuracy and integrity
