Role Overview
The Vendor Engagement Lead is accountable for scaling vendor operations through strong governance, performance management, and continuous improvement, while serving as the critical link between internal stakeholders and external partners. This role is part of the Deal Desk Center of Excellence and is based in São Paulo. The work location is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days.
What You Will Do
Own strategic partnerships with Sales and key cross-functional teams, advising on deal strategy and leading the end-to-end structuring, execution, and resolution of complex, high-impact deals. Leverage AI and advanced analytics tools to enhance decision-making and streamline deal workflows.

This role requires 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Pricing, Vendor Management, or Quote-to-Cash (O2C). The ideal candidate will have expertise in deal structuring, commercial constructs, and sales lifecycle processes, as well as fluency in English and Portuguese.
