Role Overview
You will attract and manage recruitment partners, propose digital recruitment solutions, and manage recruitment initiatives to connect upskilled local talent with hiring companies. You will also provide career consultation and support talent acquisition for digital enterprises.

Attract new recruitment partners, propose and implement digitalized recruitment solutions, manage end-to-end recruitment initiatives, generate leads, engage in sales activities, and manage client accounts to drive recruitment business growth.

Requirements
- University degree
- Minimum 2 years of B2B infocomm solutions sales and/or talent recruitment experience in the technology industry
- Recruitment technology experience with exposure to IT domains such as Technology Infrastructure, Data Analytics, and ERP systems
- Experience working in a technology start-up environment
- Established network or familiarity within the technology industry
