Role Overview
We are looking for an Inside Sales Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Outside Sales team to support customer growth, develop new business opportunities, and help deliver exceptional service to our customers.
What You Will Do
As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you’ll help drive customer satisfaction and business growth by supporting Outside Sales Account Executives, making outbound calls, following up on customer visits, and assisting with quotes and sales-related activities.

Requirements
- Customer service, inside sales, account management, or business development experience
- Experience with cold calling, prospecting, or upselling
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems
