Role Overview
As Market Sales Manager, you will own your market and lead your team to achieve ambitious sales targets. You’ll be responsible for building, training, and inspiring a top-tier sales team while driving performance and brand awareness in your region.
What You Will Do
Lead & Inspire: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team for your Studio and market. Drive Sales Performance: Set clear KPIs, monitor results, and implement strategies to exceed test drive, reservation, and sales targets. Market Leadership: Take full ownership of your region, proactively engage with private and business customers, and build strong relationships to grow market share.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in automotive sales and management
- Proven track record in team leadership, coaching, and performance management
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to meet and exceed KPIs
- Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Deep affinity for premium and premium automotive products, with an established network in key target groups
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Native German speaker and fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
