Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives, responsible for winning complex enterprise opportunities across the region. Coach, challenge and develop team members, improve sales execution, and build a culture of accountability and continuous learning.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading Enterprise B2B SaaS sales teams in high-growth environments
- Consistently delivered or exceeded ambitious revenue targets
- Exceptional sales coach who enjoys developing people as much as closing deals
- Comfortable leading from the front and regularly joining customer meetings and strategic deal discussions
- Understand how to manage complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and long buying journeys
- Commercially minded and use data, forecasting and pipeline insights to drive better decisions
- Strong communicator who builds credibility with customers, executives and cross-functional teams
- Create high standards while giving direct, constructive feedback that helps people improve
