Revenue Operations Accountant II

Role Overview

The Revenue Operations Accountant II will assist with calculating revenue, applying cash payments to invoices, reconciling data across systems, and maintaining the integrity between the subledger and general ledger.

Key responsibilities include collecting, organizing, and analyzing revenue-related data, accurately entering revenue-related data into systems, tracking cash collections, and supporting revenue recognition activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Economics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field
• Two to four (2-4) years of experience in data analytics, finance, accounting, business intelligence, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis functions
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
