The Manager, GTM Strategy and Analytics, is a key member of the Growth Strategy team responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives, optimizing go-to-market strategies, and delivering actionable insights that empower leadership to make data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and executor, adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams and synthesizing data to develop solutions to critical business problems.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analyses using both internal and external data sources to derive actionable insights and support GTM growth strategies
  • Create executive-level presentations and reports to influence decision-making and drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product organizations
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement key strategic initiatives that impact the company’s revenue growth
  • Identify areas of opportunity and provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing & sales performance and overall GTM effectiveness
  • Track market trends, competitor movements, and evolving customer needs to inform roadmaps and sales processes

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business operations, or GTM roles in high-tech/SaaS organizations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate high-level goals into actionable plans
  • Expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work across multiple teams and communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • BA/BS in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus
