What You Will Do
Build a central knowledge database, develop training and learning concepts, plan and communicate new features, and use AI tools to create and optimize learning content.

Requirements
- Completed studies in Pedagogy, Communication, Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable field
- Experience in project, process, or product enablement, ideally in a B2B software product
- Excellent communication skills and joy in cross-functional collaboration
- Interest in technology, software products, AI applications, and complex fields
- Very good German and English skills
