Role Overview

MarketStar is looking for a sales leader to join the ExxonMobil team. The sales manager will use their strategic sales and client relations expertise to develop opportunities to drive revenue growth.

What You Will Do

Be the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, own a territory quota, develop and deliver business reviews, manage a downline of reps, execute sales coaching, and provide team support.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Salesforce and other sales prospecting tools
  • Previous experience in sales leadership, including managing a direct downline
  • Constantly strives to improve, proactively seeking coaching and guidance from peers and managers
  • The desire and ability to learn on the fly, think creatively, and maintain urgency
  • Ability to read and apply reporting to daily decisions (forecasting, opportunities, sales revenue, etc.)
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with a variety of personalities and customers
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment
  • Constantly strives to improve, proactively seeking and providing coaching and guidance from peers and managers
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Excellent time management skills, with proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain urgency
