Role Overview
The Area Sales Manager (Quebec) is responsible for leading the execution of the Retail Plan for an area, including both distribution, sales, and merchandising at retail & regional account level. This role will ensure compliance and delivery of coverage allocation and plans to meet and or exceed retail objectives at point of sale.
What You Will Do
Lead execution of sales strategies to achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPI’s for the district. Recruit, train, coach, and manage a team of field sales associates (5-8).

Bilingualism in both English and French (spoken and written) is required. Ability and willingness to travel up to 70% of the time within Quebec, including spending 2–3 days per week in the field supporting team performance and key business objectives.
Requirements
- Professional degree or diploma in Business, Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of full-time sales experience
- Bilingualism in both English and French (spoken and written)
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 70% of the time within Quebec
