Role Overview
The ideal candidate will analyze policy, financial and operational data to produce informed operational and policy decisions. They will foster data integrity, promote transparency, and compile and communicate analyses and findings to non-technical leadership.
What You Will Do
Develop reports and queries to extract data from various data warehouses and other sources using SQL, API, etc. Analyze data to identify patterns and trends in data sets using statistical or other techniques. Generate reports, visuals, and presentations.

Requirements
- Knowledge of data analysis and business intelligence techniques and technical tools
- Ability to problem solve, use deductive and inductive reasoning, and apply critical thinking skills
- Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with colleagues, superiors, and internal and external stakeholders
