Join McKesson’s Home Medical Equipment team in Richmond, VA, as an Inside Sales Representative. Drive new business and expand existing accounts within the HME segment. Sell a broad portfolio of medical supplies and equipment through proactive outreach, consultative selling, and relationship management.

Drive sales through outbound calls and digital channels, generate new business, identify growth opportunities, maintain product knowledge, and prepare quotes.

Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- 2 years sales experience
- Consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
- Results-driven, competitive mindset with a focus on achieving goals
- Strong communication and active listening skills with a confident phone presence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Salesforce.com
- Ability to articulate value propositions tied to GPOs, PHD, and connectivity platforms
