Role Overview

The Paid Search Delivery Lead, Media Operations role is focused on hands-on-keyboard activation of digital channels, including tagging, trafficking, buying, and more. The role requires strong hands-on Paid Search expertise, technical proficiency, and successful project execution, client management, and team leadership within a constantly changing environment.

What You Will Do

As a Paid Search Delivery Lead, you will oversee quality campaign delivery from client teams, own client communications and relationships, and lead campaign planning, builds, optimization, and ongoing management of Paid Search efforts. You will also work effectively with team members to complete day-to-day tasks for both clients and internal efforts.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on Paid Search expertise
• Technical proficiency in Paid Search platforms such as Google Ads, SA360, and Microsoft Ads
• Demonstrated experience building, managing, optimizing, and analyzing Paid Search campaigns
• Strong understanding of Paid Search campaign structure, bidding, and budget management
• Ability to outline, plan, and manage projects
• Ability to work with and contextualize data in service of clients’ business goals
• Ability to prioritize tasks & schedules and identify conflicting timelines or concurrent needs
