Role Overview
We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Executive to grow Medserv’s Billing and Remote Practice Management services across Ireland. This is a field-facing position where you will manage your own territory, build strong relationships with consultants and healthcare practices and take ownership of the sales cycle from initial contact through to closing new business.
What You Will Do
Identify and develop new business opportunities, build and manage your own sales pipeline, meet prospective and existing clients, take a consultative approach to understand each client’s needs, and represent Medserv at conferences and industry events.

Requirements
- 2–3+ years’ experience in a business development, sales or target-driven commercial role
- Proven track record of generating new business and achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing the sales cycle from lead generation through to closing new business
- Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers
- Full clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle
