Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Representative to identify, develop, and close opportunities for our innovative solutions and services. Working closely with the General Manager and technical team, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and strengthening existing relationships in the Albanian market.
What You Will Do
Identify and qualify new business opportunities, develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, conduct product demonstrations, and manage existing accounts to drive retention and upselling opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Technology/Economics/Business Administration or related discipline
- 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in a technology or product driven environment
- Excellent PC Skills (knowledge of MS Office package and basic knowledge of ERP systems)
- Excellent Communication Skills, verbal and written
- Very good communication skills in English (oral and written)
