Role Overview
Lead a team of data scientists to inform and execute strategy and investment decisions for WhatsApp in India. Develop a long-term technical vision for analytics methods and metrics to enhance WhatsApp.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, build and improve AI development, automation, experimentation, and measurement methods and metrics, and inspire and lead a team of data scientists.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant technical field
- 10+ years of experience in analytics and data science
- Experience working effectively with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience framing analytical problems and communicating findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
