We are hiring a Growth Associate to drive asset listings and expand the protocol’s footprint across new blockchain networks. The successful candidate will manage the business development pipeline and act as a key representative for the organization within the global DeFi ecosystem.

Requirements

• Pipeline Management: Source and qualify new asset listings
• Expansion Strategy: Identify and qualify new chain deployment opportunities
• Commercial Negotiations: Lead negotiations with asset issuers and chain foundations
• Relationship Management: Manage the business development lifecycle
• Ecosystem Representation: Represent the client’s growth interests at industry events
