Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (Hybrid)

You will play a key leadership role in driving executive decision-making through FP&A, consolidations & reporting, and team management. You will analyze operational and financial data to assess, interpret, and forecast business performance, and lead a team of Finance Business Partners to deliver insights and guide business leaders to make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing and developing a team
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated experience supporting financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting processes in a complex organization
