MonetizeMore is seeking a Salesforce Administrator – Revenue Ops to join their remote team. The role is ideal for someone who is structured, detail oriented, and comfortable bridging business needs with system execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for solving problems through systems, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering high-quality Salesforce support aligned with SLAs and business needs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience supporting Salesforce in an operations, coordination, or system support role
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and data structures
  • Experience with data imports, exports, and validation processes
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear system documentation
  • Experience in QA testing for new features or system changes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, cross-functional environment
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is an advantage but not required
  • Experience with integrating other sales tech with SF an asset – such as Similarweb, Gong, RedVolcano etc.
  • Understanding of AI and how to leverage it in these environments
